Raptor Watch-Part 2

We got back to the base from our Jungle Trekking, with just a short rest we proceed straight to our Mangrove Walk.

The Mangrove.

Our group walking by the mangrove.

It's kinda nice getting close to nature. How often do you get to walk by a mangrove in bare feet?
I'll say rarely we get this kind of opportunity.
We got to see everything up close. I saw snails clinging on leaves on mangrove trees. It got up in the trees from the high tide. The mangrove is only accessible when it's low tide. So our group was lucky to catch the glimpse of the mangrove while it's low tide.

After all the walking through the water. We came back up to dry land and trek our way back to base through a secondary forest.

The view from the mangrove.

Inside the secondary forest.

The secondary forest itself has peculiar flora and fauna. These are some picture taken in the forest.

With that concludes the Raptor Watch for this year.
Cheers.
