To Mel

Happy 19th birthday to you.
You're 19 , your last year before hitting the big 20's.
I guess age spells out these: experience, insight, depth and thought.
Most peers i come across still lingers around and not thinking their mental age. It's still about how your backside looks in those jeans or that shoe sale at your towntown mall or even parting your lips while using that lipstick.

I remember whenever my friends reach the age of 18, i'll punch them in the shoulder, saying " This is the Rite of Passage into Adulthood", that pain you feel is realism. After you're 18, i don't mind if that blow sends you to your new astonishing sex life or guide you in the right path. But just remember, never settle for mediocrity and live life to the fullest.

By the time you know it, you've hit The Quarter Life Crisis.
